Yoga Classes

Teaching public facing Yoga classes will always be a high priority of my business. I love being with a group of people who are committed to feeling good, moving well, and promoting peace through the practice of Yoga. I offer yoga classes in a variety of settings, each designed to support movement, relaxation, and overall well-being.

At Middle River Yoga, the studio I own and manage, I teach regularly scheduled classes in a welcoming and community-focused environment. My goal is to create an accessible space where students of all levels feel supported in their practice. You can find our schedule and more information on our website by clicking the button below.

I also teach a weekly class at The Penthouse in Timonium (1447 York Rd. Timonium Suite 805) every Friday at 9:30 AM. This therapeutic-style class is designed specifically for those who feel stiff or restricted in their movement and are looking for a gentle, mindful approach to yoga. Whether you’re working through tension, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a class that prioritizes mobility and ease, this session offers thoughtful sequencing to help you feel more open and comfortable in your body.

I am passionate about bringing accessible yoga to older adults and those with limited mobility. I currently offer weekly sessions at a local nursing home, promoting wellness while aging through gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques tailored to the needs of each group.

For Hire:

In addition to these ongoing classes, I am available for private bookings to bring yoga to special events. I offer customized sessions for birthday parties, bridal showers, bachelorette parties and other celebrations to create a fun and relaxing experience that allows groups to connect, unwind, and celebrate in a meaningful way. I also work with businesses to provide corporate yoga classes, helping teams reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate wellness in the workplace. For something more casual, you can set up a semi-private Yoga class for you and some friends at my Towson studio (up to three students) or at Middle River Yoga (up to 15 students)
