With over a decade of experience working one-on-one with clients, I combine hands-on adjustments and in-session feedback. Wth my background as a massage therapist specializing in myofascial release, nervous system relaxation and trigger point work , and as a recreation therapist specializing in adapting movements, I am to bring a sense of wholeness to every session. My goal as your private yoga teacher is to help you cultivate a joyful, sustainable practice—one built on solid technique, deep self-awareness, and empowerment that allows you to take charge of your own well-being.
